Global Time Attack at New Jersey Motorsports Park

With a brand new rebuilt trans in the Subie the Speed Max cars hit the track for the Global Time Attack at NJ Motorsports Park.

The s14 has a bad start with the trans breaking on the first lap. With the help of Vince and Andy at RT Tuning and Rob at Custom Car Performance a new trans  showed up and got installed with enough time to get a few laps  in before the end of the day.

Even with limited practice time Dave was able to get second place in his class

We had a blast at the Real Time Attack event, it was sunny and hot all weekend. The S-Max S14 wound up running a 1:40.125 lap time on the long course. It didn’t take us to the podium but it did secure a fourth place finish. The car benefited from the new chassis bracing provided by Ultra Racing ,and a special thank to Toyo Tires  for providing the gripping 888′s tires to keep us on the track in the hot summer sun.

S-Max the UK takes first place!

Romain Levesque just kept going faster and faster in the supercharged CRX. As hard as rival Bo Nielsen tried he just couldn’t get ahead, with Romain setting the 2^nd fastest time of the whole Club class – a 54 dead, unbelievable pace for a FWD car.

The S-Max S14 just came back from a road trip to Florida.

Joe (the master mind and owner of Gotech EFI) rewired the car in Pompano Beach at  A1A Racing.  The Nissan KA24DET engine is controlled by a Gotech PRO X engine control unit.   Available at http://www.a1aracing.com/

S-Max S14 ran at the First Real Time Attack event in Millville NJ on the Lightning track.

Even though we were breaking in the the new engine (installed by RT Tuning), Dave  managed to get the 4th fastest lap time of the day.

That time was good enough to take first place in the Unlimited class.

Also the S-Max Subie made its first appearance taking second place in the Unlimited Class.
